Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitation on quantity availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is being cancelled BrisskBazaar.com will be reversed back your amount in your Card Account or Bank Account, if you credit card / Bank Payment has been charged. |
| Cancellations by the customer |
| We may refund the entire amount if in case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by BrisskBazaar.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value. BrisskBazaar.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer must agree with BrisskBazaar.com decision regarding the cancellation disputes. |
